The most prestigious Korean pop award is coming to the Malaysia!
It's the 27th Golden Disk Awards which is sometimes referred to as the Korean Grammy Awards. The festivities will last for two days and it will be held on January 15th and 16th of 2013 at the Sepang International Circuit in Kuala Lumpur.
The list of artists who will be present are yet to be announced but the Wonder Girls, Girls' Generation-TaeTiSeo and f(x) have all been nominated in different categories which goes as follows:
'Disk Album Award' Category
This award is presented to the most popular artist and album based on the album sales figure for the year and the ratings from the judges.• Girls' Generation-TaeTiSeo's 'Twinkle'

'Digital Music Award' Category

• Wonder Girls' 'Like This'
'Popularity Award' Category
This award is presented to the artist and the song which was most popular to the K-Pop Audience in South Korea and in the world for the year after tallying the results from the popularity vote and the ratings from the jugdges.
